Nice little hotel, right ...

Nice little hotel, right in the middle of Broadway. A little crowded with people as there are theaters around. Walking distance to eateries and shopping. Rooms abit smaller but comfy and clean. Free Wifi. Staff friendly and helpful.

This morning I was ...

This morning I was awakened at 8 am with construction workers moving heavy equipment up the staircase next to my room, it literally sounded liked they were coming through the wall! The hotel moved me to a suite, which I thought was a nice gesture however this suite is old, dark and it smells bad…like some kind of paint or varnish and the windows don’t open! If I could find another hotel that was available near the theaters, I would honestly move. Unfortunately, I will have to stick it out for a couple more nights, I am very frustrated.

If I had to ...

If I had to post a negative it would be the number of people that book this hotel. We’ve stayed here 3x and it is always over flowing. Staff at Bond45 remain mediocre and rude at times. We waited 45 minutes for our room even tho I received notification it was ready. Checking in at kiosk, then told to go to desk, where I was charged twice. It was reversed, but still. Will probably stay somewhere else next time…maybe The Michelangelo.
