Loved loved loved our stay. We had 4 rooms and no problems. We are looking to rebook for next year!!! Perfect location. Few steps to Time Square. The price was perfect for the location. We were a group of 11 and it was just perfect all around. We will definitely stay again!!

We booked for a quick city trip. I loved the location and closeness to times square. It made traveling to the American Girl store a breeze (which was the point of our visit). Being able to check out bags prior to check in was amazing. The staff was respectful and made the process smooth. Upon check in, it was quick at the kiosk and we were to our room in under 10 minutes. The room was more spacious than pictured and described. Bathroom was small but did not take away from the overall room. Room was clean and even during renovations, there was no disruption.

Great place to stay in the heart of Manhatten, rooms a bit small, but comfortable, helpful staff- please note the extra fees each night ($30) which many hotels now charge.
